DESCRIPTION The ZIGEN ZIG-AVX-201is a transmitter and receiver extender kit with built in HDMI selector for long distance transmission of HDMI video and embedded audio plus bi-directional control signals over a single CAT 5-type cable. The ZIG-AVX-201 can be used as a point-to-point solution or integrated with HX-88 matrix switching equipment to extend inputs or outputs to remote locations. The transmitter and receiver set supports simultaneous transmission of bi-directional RS-232 and IR signals from a control system, providing remote control to source equipment or displays.
In addition, ZIG-AVX-201 provides audio extraction from any selected HDMI source for remote audio amplification. The variable line level audio source can be adjusted via IR or RS-232. This key feature eliminates the need for additional audio extractors and or additional equipment.
ZIG-AVX-201 is Compliant with HDMI 1.4 with 3D function, HDCP 2.0 and DVI – D 1.1 standards
